Privacy Policy

Anjuman Burhan Wholesale and Retail Trading Company · Last updated: September 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Anjuman Burhan Wholesale and Retail Trading Company mobile application ("HIS," "the App," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when it is used to run and review community health-screening campaigns. HIS is used by authorized screening operators and coordinators, not by the general public, and the information described below is collected through that authorized use of the App.

1. Who this policy covers

HIS requires a username and password issued to authorized users (screening coordinators, operators, and reviewers). If you have not been given login credentials by the organization operating a campaign, you are not able to use the App and no information about you is collected through it.

2. Information we collect

The App collects the following categories of information:

CategoryWhat it includes
Account credentials Username and password used to sign in, and your role/name as returned by the login service.
Biometric unlock (optional) If you enable Face ID / fingerprint unlock, your device's operating system handles the biometric match itself. The App never receives or stores your fingerprint or face data — it only stores your sign-in credentials in your device's secure hardware-backed storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) so they can be reused after a successful biometric check.
Health screening records For each campaign, records that authorized users view, verify, or edit — including an ITS number, name, gender, age, blood pressure, random blood sugar (RBS), weight, height, BMI, a weight-reduction commitment, verification status, and a photo of the original screening card used to confirm the entered data.
Device & security signals Basic signals used to detect rooted/jailbroken devices or emulators, solely to protect the security and integrity of screening data. The App does not collect location, contacts, or an advertising identifier.
Diagnostic logs Technical logs of API requests (e.g. timestamps, response status) used to diagnose errors and keep the service reliable.
The App does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics trackers, or social-media integrations, and it does not sell personal information.

3. How we use information

4. How information is shared

Health-screening records and account information are transmitted, over an encrypted connection, to the backend service that stores campaign data on behalf of the organization operating the campaign. We do not share this information with advertisers or data brokers. Information may be disclosed if required to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of the App, its users, or others.

5. Data storage & security

6. Data retention

Health-screening records are retained by the organization operating the campaign for as long as needed for campaign follow-up and reporting purposes, or as required by applicable record-keeping obligations. Locally stored sign-in credentials remain on your device until you disable biometric login, sign out, or uninstall the App.

7. Your choices

8. Children's privacy

HIS is intended for use by adult screening operators and coordinators and is not directed at children. Health-screening records may describe participants of any age, but the App itself is not used by children and does not knowingly collect information directly from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
